Coronavirus – COVID-19

In light of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to remind members about how they can transact with the credit union without physically visiting one of our offices.

We are suspending account opening at the counter temporarily in a bid to reduce time spent in the office.

We do have a join online facility for sole accounts for 16 years and over.

We have always put the interests of our members first. In this unprecedented time, we recognise that many of our members will face unexpected hardship through unemployment and other events associated with COVID-19.

If any member needs to they can contact us online, by phone 0539233835 or, to discuss possible flexible arrangements regarding their loans over the coming months. We can assure members that they will be treated fairly and with empathy.

We are currently open as normal – for essential services, we would kindly ask our members to avail of the hand sanitiser when entering and to abide by Social Distancing  in the queue between yourself and the next person.  We will keep monitoring the situation and any updates to our service will be communicated here.
