Enniscorthy Credit Union launches Member Services Centre

Enniscorthy Credit Union recently announced the set-up of a new Members Services Centre. The Member Services Centre is a dedicated telephone service and has been set up to ensure members can contact the credit union quickly and efficiently to access services, loans or to have queries answered.

Commenting on this development, CEO Liz Cullen said “This is a significant enhancement to our service offering and is a huge investment by Enniscorthy Credit Union on behalf of its members, who told us to improve our telephone service offering, so we are thrilled to be able to launch, and wish all of our team well.”

Liz continued “We love seeing our members in person in our offices, but we want to provide our members with Freedom, Flexibility and Choice on how they want to connect with us. Members of all ages love the convenience of banking online. They can access their Enniscorthy Credit Union Account anytime, anywhere, at home or on the road.  But there will still be times when members need a real person to help them.”

When members are unable to get to their local office, it brings Enniscorthy Credit Union’s great personal service and trusted advice as close as a phone – which is so important in these strange times.

The centre is led by Niamh Sinnott, and operated by Mary-Ellen Turner, Orla Byrne. Ciara Howe and Alice Culleton. The team are available six days per week from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am until 4pm on Saturday and can be contacted on 053 9233835.

In fact, our member service team have previously worked in our offices. They’re highly trained in our products and services and have the expertise to meet your needs.” said Mary Moulds, Operations Officer.

To celebrate the launch, Enniscorthy Credit Union have donated to St. John’s Community Hospital on behalf of their members. Liz Cullen, CEO of Enniscorthy Credit Union said “St. John’s Community Hospital is close to everyone’s heart in the area because of the commitment and care that the front line staff have shown to residents, especially in light of COVID-19.  It is well known and respected throughout the County, and many of the staff and residents are members of our Credit Union. We hope that this donation can be used to help the residents at this difficult time.”

Just call us and we can take care of most of your queries in one call, without having to transfer you to different departments for help! Calls will be answered locally, without having to press endless numbers while you wait to speak with someone. Please do not hesitate to call us if there’s anything we can do to help.
