At Enniscorthy Credit Union, our members are at the core of what we do, so we wanted to make it easier for them to contact us, to speak with one of our staff directly, who can help them. We love seeing our members in person in our offices, but we want to provide our members with Freedom, Flexibility and Choice on how they want to connect with us.
So, to that end, we now have a dedicated team of highly trained and skilled staff ready to answer calls, deal with on-line enquiries and take loan applications etc. We aim to provide the best possible service to all our members, which is why we set up our Member Service Centre. Our aim is to make it easier to get through to us and reduce time spent in a queue in our offices. Just call us and we can take care of most of your queries in one call, without having to transfer you to different departments for help!
Our commitment to our members is that their call will be answered promptly and their query will be dealt with immediately, by a professional and experienced staff member. Calls will be answered locally, without having to press endless numbers while you wait to speak with someone. If all the lines are busy our promise to our members is that we will ring them back when we are free.
